Step 1. Select your Plan
    First we work with you to understand what style and size of home you desire. We try to
    understand what is most import to you for a new home. Once we have done that we
    consider your budget and work to provide you what you want within the budget you
    desire. After per-qualification, you select your plan, lot, sign a sales agreement and
    secure a mortgage. We help throughout the process.

    Step 2: Product Selection
    You make Product selections that make your's a one of a kind home.

    Step 3: Foundation
    First the soil is tested and the foundation is engineered. Then the lot is surveyed, laid
    out and framed. All below slab "rough
    in" such as plumbing is completed and the slab is poured.

    Step 4: Framing
    The walls and any additional floors stairs and roof are framed.

    Step 5: Dry-in
    When framing is complete, exterior sheathing and roof decking is installed to enclose
    your home. Then  house wrap and felt   
    is installed  to prevent water penetration. Windows and temporary doors are installed.

    Step 6: Electric, A/C and plumbing Top Out
    The behind the wall Electrical, Plumbing and Air Conditioning work is completed during
    this step.

    Step 7: Insulation and Draft Sealing
    Roof and wall insulation are installed. Gaps are sealed to reduce air exchange.

    Step 8: Exterior Finishes
    Once all penetrations through exterior walls are complete brick, plaster and hardiboard
    can be installed.

    Step 9: Interior Finishes
    Drywall is installed, taped and finished. Trim is installed. Paint is applied. Cabinets and
    flooring are installed.

    Step 10: Driveway, Sidewalks and Landscaping
    Drive way and sidewalks are poured. Grading and landscape materials are completed.

    Step 11: Quality Inspection
    You and T3  Homes will walk through your home and list any defects which will be
    corrected.
