During the Plan and Product Selection Phase
    The Quality Process begins during the design and Product selection phase. T3 will
    review each product and design for Quality. T3 also has a design review process that
    results in high customer satisfaction because we spend a lot of time making sure we
    understand your needs and desires for your home.

    And the home final plan and foundation designs will performed by certified architects
    and engineers.

    Foundation Phase
    Quality Inspection Point #1: T3 Homes and the Engineer inspects the slab prior to the
    pour.
    First the soil is tested and the foundation is engineered. Then the lot is surveyed, laid
    out and framed. All below slab "rough in" such as plumbing is completed and the slab
    is poured. Prior to the pour the foundation is inspected by T3 and the engineer to insure
    beam size and depths meets the requirements. Steel sizes and layout are verified.
    Straightness and dimensions are verified. Concrete thickness is verified. If a
    discrepancy is noted it is corrected and reinspected before the pour.


    Framing Phase
    Quality Inspection Point #2: T3 Homes inspects prior to dry-in.
    The walls, floors, roof and stairs framing are inspected for plumbness, lumber or steel
    material quality and load bearing integrity.

    Electric, A/C and plumbing Top Out
    Quality Inspection Point #3: T3 Homes inspects prior to insulation.
    The behind the wall Electrical, Plumbing and Air Conditioning work is inspected for
    quality, correctness, leaks.

    Insulation and Draft Sealing
    Quality Inspection Point #4: T3 Homes inspects prior to drywall.
    Roof and wall insulation are installed. Gaps are sealed. The enclosure is inspected to
    verify that the proper thickness of insulation has been installed.

    Exterior Finishes and Interior Finishes
    Quality Inspection Point #5: Finishes are inspected by T3 and an independent
    inspector
    After drywall is installed, taped and finished. Trim is installed. Paint is applied. Cabinets
    and flooring are installed T3 and an independent inspector review for quality.

    Final Quality Inspection
    You and T3  Homes will walk through your home and list any defects which will be
    corrected.
    Quality Inspection Point #6: Final Inspection

    Warranty
    T3 will provide a warranty for your home.
